- 1 medium-sized ginger root
- 2 dl. apple cider vinegar
Grate the ginger and mix it with 2 dl. apple cider vinegar in a glass bowl. Store it in a glass jar and cover with a lid. Keep it at a room temperature for ten days, and don’t forget to shake it occasionally.
How to Use
